When Stephen was a senior they had to do a project with another student. The teacher picked something he though would be a challenge for Stephen and Jose. Cooking was what he picked. They had to make two colonial era British dishes. Toad in the Hole was one of them. The other was a cold tarragon chicken thing.
The boys did all the shopping and all the cooking and it turned out GOOD!
@Catherine-Toad in the Hole is sauage links added to a batter which is egg,milk,flour and then baked,,the mixture is what British call Yorkshire Pudding..which is usually served with roast beef..it is very good,,
