Weekly update

Nothing much going on here, been under the weather and trying to stay cool from this heat wave in Florida,,I know it's already hot here but these past few weeks it seems hotter then normal..I didn't do to much more on my project but did get the roof done. Which the frog visited three times..ugh. Hoping this week will produce more done and cooler weather. Hope you all are enjoying your weekend.

Also last night I made sausage gravy with biscuits and I have found the best and awesomest biscuit recipe ever. It is called 7up biscuits, go search for it, I found the recipe on Pinterest you will not go back to regular biscuits again..

Hope this Fridays finds you all staying cool, we are having a heat wave here in North Florida. I have been working on my Blackbird design pattern and really enjoying it, also I have had the clicky finger lately and here are the results..I started a new book and really love reading this time frame. Well I will let the pictures do the talking. Hope you all have a great weekend..

Mini vacation..

Well they say 3 times is a charm lets see if blogger will let me post this..This past weekend I flew up to Alexandria Va to see a very good friend. I got up there Thursday afternoon and we didn't stop till I left on Sunday afternoon. I had a blast and can't wait till I go back..The weather was perfect and so was the company, I will let the pictures do the rest of the talking..hope you all have wonderful rest of the week..

On Thursday we took her girls to Harbor International 

On Friday we went to the Smithsonian National Zoo

And on Saturday we spent it walking around Old Town Alexandria

Hanna Vacation Part 1

Hello,

Hope everyone is having a awesome weekend. We got back from our little trip to Clearwater Beach Fl this past Thursday and it has been non-stop since. We had a blast and didn't want to come home. We went swimming, saw Winter and Hope and all their friends at Clearwater Aqurium, also we went on a boat ride to see dolphins and got a little bonus as we got to see manatees also, and of course we spent a day at the beach. I will leave you with pictures to enjoy and I am not looking forward to going back to work tomarrow..

I am still around..

I am still here and kicking.  I started working full time last July and have been nonstop since then.  I have not forgot all my friends out in cyberspace and look at your blogs often. I have been knitting,crocheting,sewing, and just pick back up my stitching, slowly it am getting back into my element. And now we have a 3 week old baby my daughter now has a 6 year old and a 3 week old so our time is loving on them. My grandson graduated kindergarten and is now a 1st graded..and he really loves to learn. I am going on vacation next week with hubby and grandson down to Clearwater beach can't wait to get in some R&R..well that is a quick update I will leave you some pictures enjoy them and hope you all are having a good week..
